[tex-live] Only ship OTF for fonts that also have TTF

Hi all,

I would like to request only to ship the OTF files for fonts that also
have TTF files. Oftherwise fontconfig might use the TTF file when the
end-user is expacting that the OTF file is being used.

This is already the case for many fonts except for:
- Asana-Math
- gnu-freefonts

In this way fontconfig can be configured to include both fonts/opentype
and fonts/truetype without creating an ambiguous situation for the
end-user and without creating complex fontconfig configurations to
exclude some TTF paths.
