[tex-live] Moving tl install directory

The databases don't record the absolute location, everything should
be relative to SELFAUTOPARENT, so this step is not necessary

Or just modify the PATH variable.

Even simpler:

cd /usr/local
sudo mv texlive /opt
sudo ln -s /opt/texlive .
