Unless you want to wait for Dick to come back from WWDC and upload a
new version of MacTeX, you need slightly different settings now (after
doing some recent cleanup of ConTeXt):

(This is now patched in install-tl.)

Also, I guess that you need to reinstall ConTeXt, so that it will
regenerate the filename database.
