[tex-live] xetex-devanagari: tlmgr asked me to report this

TeX Live team:

I had an installation of TL2011 pretest on a Windows 7 system.
I just (about 1:00 CDT, 2011/7/26) did my first update of tl2011
after the announcement of its final release. I got the following
message(s):

tlmgr: package repository
   http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet
tlmgr: saving backups to C:/TL/2011/tlpkg/backups
skipping forcibly removed package ocherokee
skipping forcibly removed package oinuit
[1/16] auto-remove: xetex-devanagari
[2/16, ??:??/??:??] update: beebe [330k] (23155 -> 23225) ... done
...
[11/16, 03:47/04:01] update: urlbst [239k] (21650 -> 23198) ... done
tlmgr: inconsistency on the server:
tlmgr: tlp for package xetex-devanagari cannot be found, please report.
[12/16, 03:52/04:03] auto-install: collectbox [490k]
...

On an entirely different subject: it seems odd that installs
all end with "... done" while auto-installs and auto-removes
end without any comment.
