[tex-live] change repository for tlmgr after pretest

Yesterday I found the same effect, but today all works fine here with    

 

--repository http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet

 

This expands to http://www.bitlib.net/mirror/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet/

 

But now "No Updates Available".
