[tex-live] Default settings in updmap.cfg

I just installed the new 2011 pretest---more correctly mactex20110703---and noticed one feature that has caused me problems in the past. The new version of updmap.cfg sets dvipsDownloadBase35 to false. With this setting, you can get unexpected output when processing in latex+dvips mode, as the attached files show. The first shows a simple file processed with pdtlatex, and the three others show different types of odd behavior in latex+dvips mode, none of which is seen if you change dvipsDownloadBase35 to true, so I'd urge making true the default value.
