[tex-live] Problem after Installing TL2010

Hi all,

I've installed TL2010 on my Samba-Share using linux and win32 binaries.
Things are working on the linux-console.

On my win32-console I'm getting the following error:

C:/texlive is no longer present.

I had adapted my PATH on my windows maschine:

Any hints there my windows-maschine hat stored informations about
C:/texlive/texmf-var/web2c?
