[tex-live] simple question on upgrading TL2010 from beta

Hi there,

after reading the documentation, I guessed that the best way to upgrade 
TL2010 from beta was to run as root:

tlmgr show fontspec repository http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet

But it doesn't seem to work.

My question might be be extremely simple, but I don't know how to change 
the repository and to update TL2010 beta.

Which is the right way to do this?
