[tex-live] Installing TeX Live over the Internet

Hi,

last weekend a heavy discussion took place at DANTE's memberlist which
was originated by an article about TL2010 in a german computer-magazin.

The main reason was a statement that the netinstaller need a lot of
preparations like cygwin aond so on. We now that this is not true ;-)

I suppose the autor might have taken the first link on
http://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire-netinstall.html instead of the
Windows-Link one line later :-(

Maybe its a good idea to kill the first line and guide users to the
right link for their OS?
