The preferred form of modification.

If you need to change the document of your pdf, you will do it in OOwriter,
not unpacking and editing the pdf streams, so it is the OOwriter document.

If you create a graphic with gimp, then the gimp .xcf file is the prefered
form of modification, not the generated .png or .jpg.

It is not *that* complicated, although I have to admit there are borderline
cases.

But NOE (!!!!) of the things that started the discussion here are in any
way borderline cases (like doc file where source is present, but should 
be kept private).

So do we discuss just for the fun of discussing or are you genuinly 
interested.

I will not continue this discussion unless proper new arguments or
questions come up. If you or anyone else has questions that remain
answered please subscribe to debian-legal and post there.
