[tex-live] Tex-live unable to install in Solaris 10 x386

Yes that is a problem, I thought that the tar problem with pgf was
solved, but it hasn't. We investigate.

Did it re-download the packages again? There are provisions that this
does not happen in case of an error. I will check.
