[tex-live] tl2009 with basic scheme

Hi there,

I installed tl2009 with basic scheme and added synctex and lm packages
after the installation.

But I can't use the T1 encoding at all. For example:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage{lmodern}
\begin{document}
abcdefg
\end{document}

kpathsea: Running mktexmf ecrm1000
! I can't find file `ecrm1000'.
<*> ...ljfour; mag:=1; nonstopmode; input ecrm1000
