[tex-live] Installation Problem

Here is the thing. The sentence says what it says: You once aborted the
installation, or the installation was aborted due to a download error.
If you want to continue with the exact settings as before, i.e., the
pathes and everything you had set at the first run, you should say "y".

If you want to change the installation settings you obviously should say
"n" here, otherwise it will be installed in the same place.

For Philip: That has nothing to due with an old installation of TeX
Live, but with an aborted installation.
