so when does the mirror get to see the changed tlpdb? is that only when
something "significant" has changed?
Ok, I see that texlive.tlpdb in the tlnet directory that gets mirrored
has old Catalogue info, while the tlpdb in the live repo has current
info.
I think it's because of the way we update tlnet. I'll try to straighten
it out.
