he's right, you know.

i thought someone had mentioned (in the last day or so) that noinfo had
started to appear, but it's not -- that i can see -- in my last night's
mirror of systems/texlive/tlnet/2008/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb

(clea -- the tex live packages get into ctan via my mirror of tug.org to
cambridge.)
