Where does this error message come from?   From msvcrt?  Where does
the word "fixme" come from?  Certainly not from Microsoft,  they are
not interested in user feedback at all.

Can you provide more information?  If you want to help to solve the
problem, install

  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/default.aspx

It's quite crude but better than nothing.
