[tex-live] should lh depend on ecrm?

	Does `lh' package depend on `ecrm'?  I've stumbled upon the
	following error, which disappeared after installing `ecrm'.

	I see that the problem originates from lh/base/fikparm.mf, and
	there're indeed a lot of mentions of `ec' in `use_driver',
	though I don't understand what the code actually does (but my
	experience with Metafont is very limited.)
