[tex-live] Problem with installation

Dear Colleagues,

I'm reporting a problem with a TeX Live 2008 setup:

 

TeXLive::TLUtils::setup_programs failed at tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line
1043.

C:\Users\Mikołaj\Downloads\LaTeX\install-tl\.\tlpkg\installer\lzma\lzmadec.w
in32

.exe --help failed (status 256): Bad file descriptor

Output is:

System nie może odnaleźć określonej ścieżki.

Couldn't set up the necessary programs.

Cannot continue with installation.

Please report to texlive at tug.org.
