ctan:
macros/latex/contrib/acrotex (basic stuff)
macros/latex/contrib/aeb_pro (various subdirectories)
macros/latex/contrib/aeb_tilebg

mind you, dps has lost me with the various bits he's uploaded, and i'm
not at all sure i understand all their interrelationships.

there's more on his web site, but afaict he does eventually upload
everything there to ctan.
