[tex-live] Updating TL on Cygwin

    answers cannot be found in
    ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008

This is the normal message when a package is deleted.  As George noted,
I deleted answers and schedule some time ago.

I will try to change the wording to be clearer.  What also puzzles me is
that it is now marked as a debug message in the source, so I don't
understand why you should have seen it at all.  It all bears further
investigation :(.
