[tex-live] Updating TL on Cygwin

For a few days I have update my Cygwin installation of TL2008 [1]
whithout problems:

tlmgr -location
ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008 update -list
[ IT SHOW PKGS TO BE UPD ]

tlmgr -location
ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008 update -all
[ UPD: remove, install done...]


But today when I try: 'tlmgr ftp://ftp.dante.de... update -list', it says

answers cannot be found in
ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008
bin-texdoc: local: 10545, source: 10558
collection-genericextra: local: 9220, source: 10557
collection-latexextra: local: 10534, source: 10564
pdftex: local: 10522, source: 10568
pstricks: local: 9966, source: 10565
schedule cannot be found in
ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008

What's happening here?
(Sorry, but they are only few days I use tlmgr...)

I have tried also with another mirror
(http://ftp.uniroma2.it/TeX/systems/texlive/tlnet/2008)

with the same result.
