That's exactly the point. :-( When I started working on the Topic  
Index I realised how much work goes into maintaining the Catalogue...  
If we started translating every entry in the Catalogue into German we  
would be busy for quite a while... I think this time is better spent  
otherwise as the number of contributors is rather small, after all...

We could do it similar to what Wikipedia does, e.g.:

http://texcatalogue.sarovar.org/it.bytopic.html

etc.

Each and every entry and the entire interface had to be translated...
