Btw, currently just chmod-ing install-tl is not enough. Just for the
record, here are teh necessary steps for those wanting to install (or
create a USB stick whose filesystme remembers permission) from current
tlnet:

$ chmod +x install-tl
$ chmod +x tlpkg/installer/wget/*
$ chmod +x tlpkg/installer/lzma/*
$ chmod +x tlpkg/installer/config.guess
