[tex-live] texhash is broken (was: testing TL'08)

    texhash with argument is broken:
      texhash <path to TDS tree>
    It updates Master/texmf and Master/texmf-dist
    and ignores <path to TDS tree>.

Thanks.  I checked in a fix to i386-linux/mktexlsr (and Build/source, of
course).
