Clearly not a problem on MacOSX: both AR9 and Acrobat 9 open
minitoc.pdf without any problems. A good idea would be to locate
minitoc.pdf and try to open by other pdf viewer (BTW it should be
27,763,275 bites). And to check if AA9 can open any pdf from
write-protected directory
