[tex-live] Bug report: Missing Uulsy.fd

I noticed this in the 2005/11/02 TeX Live and just confirmed that it's still
a problem in the 2007/01/28 prerelease: The texmf-dist/tex/latex/ulsy
directory contains ulsy.sty but is missing Uulsy.fd.  As a result, the ulsy
package is largely useless as it can't map symbols to fonts.  Uulsy.fd is
generated from ulsy.dtx; it just needs to be installed as part of TeX Live.
