I tried to translate the latest changes, and fixed some spelling, and
recreated pdf/html/css stuff.

BUT: I recreated it with my TL2005 installation, so it might be that the
html code is not optimal. If someone want (KARL?) please recreate it
with current stuff. Thanks.
