[tex-live] fmtutil and ConTeXt

Making cont-en (etc) via fmtutil is in the current situation not
preferred. After all, both the XeTex as the PDFTeX version are called
cont-en but will not work in the other engine. Hence, if you want to
work with ConTeXT with both PDFTeX and XeTeX you need the $engine
subdir setup.

Basically, I think we should make a disjunct set now, that is have
the ConTeXt formats be handled by texexec and the rest by fmtutil.
ConTeXt is part of TL but not the other way around (there are ConTeXt
distributions without fmtutil etc).

So, I would propose that we remove all cont-xx, mptopdf (already not
there in most cases) and metafun from fmtutil.cnf and decide that
these are to be created by texexec and not by fmtutil.

In the future, we might add to fmtutil the ability to handle texexec-
created formats, properly having ConTeXt as a part of TL and
supporting ConTeXt format handling. But for TL2006 that is too late.
However, we can decrease confusion and complexity (e.g. fmtutil
producing a metafun dump and texexec producing another one in a
different directory) by removing from fmtutil.cnf anything that is
handled by texexec and calling texexec for creating those formats
instead.
