[tex-live] error with fmtutil (rev. 2121)

Curious.... this is a (bad) side-effect of the xu-hyphen "wrappers"  
that I have recently added for many pattern files. What puzzles me is  
why I didn't encounter this when testing them prior to adding to TL.

Anyhow, I have just committed a fix; please update to rev 2122 and  
see if this solves the issue for you.
