A couple of pleas:

1) finite task: if anyone could take on the job of figuring out exactly
   what in cm-super can be replaced by Latin Modern, that would be very
   welcome.  It should end up being most of the non-Cyrillic files, but
   it needs careful examination and creation of the right map file entries.
   
   I've written about this at length earlier (toward the end of the last
   year's release), but can re-discuss with anyone who has time and
   inclination to work on it.


2) infinite task: help me with updates!  It's hard for me to even keep
   up with the daily uploads to CTAN, let alone the backlog of the last
   six months.  It doesn't require any deeply technical or TeXnical
   knowledge, mostly a bit of careful attention to what is happening and
   a tiny bit of perl+sh programming on occasion.
