[tex-live] case sensitivity

There are currently two files in Subversion that differ only by case:

   Master/texmf-dist/tex/latex/arabtex/Unash.fd  [older]
   Master/texmf-dist/tex/latex/arabtex/unash.fd  [recent addition]

I guess this is inadvertent, as they have identical contents; but it  
makes it impossible to check out a working copy to a case-insensitive  
volume. So could we please remove one of the [Uu]nash.fd files?

There is also a file Uxnsh.fd in the same directory, but this has no  
lowercase counterpart. For comparison, there is also uheb.fd, which  
is also related to font encoding "U" but has an all-lowercase name.

My suggestion would be to remove "Unash.fd", and also rename  
"Uxnsh.fd" to "uxnsh.fd" for consistency; I notice that within  
Unash.fd, for example, it says \ProvidesFile{unash.fd} with the  
lowercase form.
