[tex-live] Two fixes

ok - but as far as i see it still doesn't show anything like this (i
symlinked altpdftex to your new simpdftex from P4 repository to test

also, what do you intend to do is user will call one of altpdf*
scripts in TeX Live 2005: show a message as discussed above and
proceed with generation, or stop and ask to use the new syntax?
