[tex-live] TL contributing

Hello,

I read http://tug.org/texlive/pkgcontrib.html page, but I have some
questions. I am a coauthor of LEd, LaTeXEditor (www.latexeditor.org),
which is uploaded to CTAN (to support directory). I would like to add
this freeware software to TL, but at the mentioned page I see the
instructions only for packages not additional software.

The editor is, I think, a bit popular since we have thousands of
downloads from our page. Some our users also ask us about adding LEd to TL.

Should I do something more than uploading LEd to CTAN?
