[tex-live] missing Adobe AFM files?

I just wonder why the following AFM files from Adobe are missing in
the TeXLive repository:

  AvantGarde (pag*8a.afm)
  NewCenturySchlbk (pnc*8a.afm)

All other AFM files from the 35 standard PS fonts are there...

Note that the corresponding pag*.tfm and pnc*.tfm files are available
in TeXLive.
