[tex-live] blacklettert1

blacklettert1 is part of TL but it does not seem to be part of Master  
in a ready-to-use state (I did not see the vf files for instance).  
Running the make also failed for me.

I do not know much about the system, but I got a request for its  
inclusion in my redistribution.

 From what I see, though, it seems a nonfunctional source  
distribution in TL.

What am I missing?
