[tex-live] map file / new path settings

Hi,

Just got some files to test (from fabrice),

Since in the past (and therefore in local trees) map files could end up on 
many places, i'd like (at least for some time) so see the bare
pdftex/dvips path itself appended to the texfontmap var (a kind of last 
resort)

.;$TEXMF/{fonts/map//,fontname};$TEXMF/{pdftex,dvips}/config;$TEXMF/{pdftex,dvips}//
