Embedding TeXLive4 in a book

Sure.

They said the first printing would be in 2000, so I guess they'd be
talking about TeX Live 5.  And that, deus volente, will be completely
dfsg-free, right?  So no problems with including it in the book (mere
aggregation and all that).

Incidentally, as long as they're asking to include TL, I think we should
at least inquire if they are willing to make the book partially or
completely free.  (But if they're not, fine.)
