[tex-k] Typos in errata.twelve (and Volume E?)

    (1) Page E125, line -3 is said to have been changed to:
    (2) Page E377, lines -3 and -4 is said to be replaced with:

I searched too hastily. Volume E does show the correct code, the same as
what's in the .mf files. So the error is only in the errata. I added it
at https://tug.org/texmfbug/newbug.html#errataE125 and ...E377. Thanks. -k
