[tex-k] Amendments to answer on 'Tough exercise'

Hi all,

1)
On p.311 of TeXbook indentation on lines 4, 6-11 and 15 is not two
spaces (inconsistent formatting).

2)
Spaces between #2 and } in definitions of hidevrule/hidehrule are
redundant, but they improve readability (good formatting). That is why
% in lines 1,5 and 10 are bad formatting (they are redundant and they
clutter the code).
