[tex-k] Build failure (test suite) of texlive-source on armhf

Dear all,

we get a build failure of texlive-source only on architecture armhf (GNU 
Triplet: arm-linux-gnueabihf) [1]. The test suite for bibtex8 fails:

Until now this is the only CPU arch, where the issue is visible. I had a 
short look at the "git log" of texlive-source, but it does not look that 
the issue has been solved already.

This is the texlive-source checkout dating 20230311.
