That's absolutely possible, if not likely. I know of many 'clutches' 
required for C++ code (at least on the CWEAVE side), so the same might 
be true for recent C dialects. ;o)

Should you encounter misbehavior of CTANGLE, CWEAVE, or CTWILL with your 
C or C++ code, feel free to report to this list (or to the CWEB project 
on Github) with a minimal working example.
