Some time in the future -- probably in TeX Live 2021 -- this extra
functionality will be available through the 'Xcwebmac.tex' macros,
activated by 'cweave +lX' (followed by _two_ TeX runs of the appropriate
type for PDF output).

CWEBbin's 'Makefile.unix' (on Github in 'master' without release tag)
already uses this for target 'fullmanual'.
