For processing 'ctwill.w' as shown in the comment to commit 55546,
you'll also need these three files from https://github.com/ascherer/cwebbin

* ctwill-mini.ch as input for 'tie'
* ctwill.bux to resolve C definitions from 'common.w'
* system.bux to resolve C definitions from external interfaces
