The `yoffset' does not agree with Chapter 25, which has `boundarychar'.
(But changing `yoffset' to `boundarychar' causes the line to be overfull.
You might want to redo the layout or reorder the Chapter 25 list.

The `<modename>' should probably be `<mode name>', to match page 269, line 3.

Page 260, line 4
The `headerbytes' should be `headerbyte'.

Page C261, line 10
The arguments to `makegrid' should be `<numerics>', not `<pairs>'.
