[tex-k] CTANGLE cannot find file if CWEBINPUTS environment variable is set

What is the output of 'pwd' in this situation?

"ttp" stands for "Tangle TemPorary output" (and there's "Weave
TemPorary" as well).  As long as these files aren't left over, all is fine.
