Page C134, line 16
Change "for t = 0 upto length p - 1" to "for t = 0 upto length p - 1"?

Page C157, lines -7 and -5 (not counting quotations)
Page C247, lines -7 and -6
Page C248, line 1
Use italic font for the variable "?", as with other variables in the book.

Page C178, lines 19--23
Use boldface for the "primarydef", "secondarydef", and "tertiarydef" after
the first sentence, to provide visual guidance and to align with the rest
of the book?

Page C261, line 11
Change "proofrulethickness <numeric>" to "proofrulethickness <numeric#>"?
(cf. lines 2--4 of previous page)

Page C323, lines 27--32
The subscripts 1 and 2 aren't wired-in; "proofrule" takes arguments.

Page C324, lines 2--3
Put more space before the "fi"s and change the unequal signs to "<>"?

Volume D, section 798
Change "a the" to "the".

Small nitpicks: On page C176, change "begingroup (x3r, y3r) endgroup"
to "begingroup (x3r,y3r) endgroup". In the next line, use \cdots instead
of \ldots, and in the following program, use \colon instead of : [so that
you get "if @#(x_): tx_ else:" instead of "if @#(x_) : tx_ else :"], per
The TeXbook's suggestions. (I suspect it's better to redo all the fancy
programs in the mfbook with MFT, for consistency spacing.)
