[tex-k] TeXbook: suggestion about "manual.tex"

Hi all,

In TeXbook, page 418, it is said about file `manual.tex'.
This is a little confusing where this name comes from,
because it is not in the index, and especially when one
is aware that TeXbook is generated from file `texbook.tex'.

On page 413 replace

    The computer file |manual.tex| that generated {\sl The \TeX book\/} begins

with

    The computer file that generated {\sl The \TeX book\/} begins

On page 418 replace

    For example, Chapter~15 was generated by \TeX\ commands
    that look like this in the file |manual.tex|:

with

    For example, Chapter~15 was generated by \TeX\ commands
    that look like this in the computer file that generated
    {\sl The \TeX book\/}:
