    Except that dvips.pdf has some garbage in the section about literal
    PostScript examples. 

I'll have to look.

    Html version produced by texi2html has also some
    problems: @insertcopying in dvips.html and @verbatiminclude dvips.help
    in dvips_3.html.

I've been discussing this with Fabrice.  Basically, the latest texi2html
needs to be used (from texi2html.cvshome.org) and -split_chapter should
not be used.  Anyway ...
