How about to merge omega support into dvips (I really mean dvips, not
odvips)? The latest version of xdvik no longer needs a separate binary
to support omega. Support for the 16bit fonts can now be enabled/disabled
at runtime rather than at compile-time.

I find this useful and I think that the code is easier to maintain in
one directory instead of in two (dvips / odvips).
