[tex-hyphen] About to upload hyphen-churchslavonic.zip to CTAN - review for correctness, please

Dear Mike,

Thank you very much for your effort.

We will review the patterns, but I would suggest to put the patterns
in our hyph-utf8 repository, so that the patterns will automatically
be included in TeX Live, MikTeX (and potentially in other projects
like Firefox, Android, ... as well) together with patterns for all
other languages.

The other package for Church Slavonic can be submitted to CTAN
separately and in TeX Live we can make sure to declare the proper
dependency tree.

I like it a lot that you are properly documenting the procedure to
generate the patterns.
